What CLAW is

CLAW is a personal assistant application built and operated by Manny Lewis for his own use. It connects to Manny's own accounts (email, calendar, tasks, music, and messaging) to organize his life: triaging mail, tracking bills and events, and surfacing reminders. It is not a commercial product, has no other users, and offers no sign-up.

Privacy policy

• Whose data: CLAW accesses only accounts owned by its operator, via OAuth grants he authorizes himself (including Google services such as Gmail, Calendar, and Tasks).
• What happens to it: data is processed and stored on the operator's own private infrastructure, solely to provide assistant functionality to the account owner.
• What never happens: no sale of data, no advertising use, no sharing or transfer to third parties, and no use to train generalized machine-learning models.
• Google user data: CLAW's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Revocation: access can be revoked at any time from the granting account's security settings (for Google, myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Terms of service

CLAW is provided as-is for the personal use of its operator. There are no accounts, subscriptions, or services offered to the public through this application.
